2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display our genuine spare parts (such as Atlas Honda, Mitsuboshi, CRLF, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, please note:

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on manufacturer updates or market conditions.
• Availability: We cannot guarantee that all items will always be in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately.
• Accuracy: While we ensure high accuracy, slight variations in product packaging may occur from the manufacturer's side.

3. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud suspicion, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp before the item is dispatched to our courier partners.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As outlined in our Return Policy:

• You have a 7-Day Window to request a return or exchange for unused parts in their original packaging.
• Electrical components (e.g., CDI units, coils, bulbs) cannot be returned once their packaging is opened due to safety regulations.

bikesaman.com provides genuine parts, but we are not responsible for damages, injuries, or mechanical failures resulting from improper installation or misuse of the parts. We strongly advise having all motorcycle parts installed by a certified mechanic or Ustad.
