Are your motorcycle parts 100% genuine?

How long does shipping take across Pakistan?
We dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM PKT on the same day. Deliveries to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan) typically take 1 to 2 working days. Deliveries to other cities and towns usually take between 2 to 4 working days via our courier partners like TCS and Leopards.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer nationwide Cash on Delivery. You can safely order your parts online and pay the courier rider in cash when the parcel arrives at your doorstep. We also accept direct Bank Transfers and EasyPaisa/JazzCash for prepaid orders.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, we offer a free "Store Pickup" option for our local Faisalabad customers. Simply place your order online, select Store Pickup at checkout, and collect it from our headquarters at Japan Autos, Jinnah Colony during business hours.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you accidentally ordered the wrong part, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The part must be completely unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Once we receive and inspect the part at our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
You can easily cancel or change your order as long as it hasn't left our warehouse. Just contact us via WhatsApp or phone call before our 3:00 PM dispatch cut-off time on the day you placed the order.
