Accessing Your Purchase History
Whether you need an invoice for your workshop’s accounting, tax (NTN) purposes, or simply to keep a record of your motorcycle’s maintenance history, getting a copy of your Bike Saman receipt is simple.
- Step 1: Check Your Email. Immediately after placing an order, a detailed e-receipt is sent to your registered email address. Try searching your inbox for “Bike Saman Order.”
- Step 2: Dashboard Downloads. If you have an account, log in and navigate to the Orders tab. Click on any completed order, and you will find a button to “Download PDF Invoice.”
- Step 3: Physical Invoices. Every parcel we ship out includes a standard thermal receipt. However, if you require a formal, A4-sized stamped tax invoice for business purposes, please request it in the “Order Notes” during checkout.
- Step 4: Guest Checkout. If you checked out as a guest and lost your email receipt, message our support team with the phone number used for the order, and we will manually retrieve it for you.
We keep digital records of all genuine parts transactions, so your purchase history is always safe with us.
